1. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message
• Newsletter: email address only
• Payments: via Stripe / PayPal — I do NOT store card data; processed directly by them (both GDPR-compliant)
• Invoicing: tax data (company name, VAT ID, address) — stored in SOLO.ro for invoice issuance

2. Why we collect it

Reply to inquiries, deliver services, fiscal compliance (invoices kept 10 years per Romanian Tax Code art. 25).

3. Who we share with

Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), SOLO.ro for invoicing/ANAF, Netlify hosting (EU). Never to third parties for marketing.

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP). Request via email to contact@freelancerhubpro.org — answered <30 days.
