Does it sound like a robot or a human?
With ElevenLabs or Cartesia 2025-2026 generation voices, almost human. There's still a slight "AI accent" in pauses and certain intonations, but 80% of callers don't realize they're talking to an AI if you don't tell them. My recommendation: tell them. Honesty converts more than the trick.
What happens when a caller asks something the agent doesn't know?
