2. Services offered

N8N templates (JSON workflows + documentation), workflow implementation on client infrastructure, automation consulting, monthly maintenance retainers.

3. Payment and invoicing

Payment in advance via Stripe (card), PayPal, or SEPA/wire transfer. Tax invoice + Romanian ANAF e-Invoice issued automatically via SOLO.ro after payment confirmation. Prices in EUR, VAT not applicable (PFA below VAT threshold).

4. Delivery

Digital delivery within 24h of payment confirmation for templates. Setup/implementation: 1-3 weeks per scope. Custom builds: 2-4 weeks.

5. Refund policy

For digital products (JSON templates), per Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 art. 16(m), withdrawal right does not apply after delivery. For uncommenced setup services: 100% refund on request <48h. For custom projects: specific clauses in individual contract.

6. Liability limitation

Workflows delivered as-is. Total liability limited to contract value. Third-party costs (OpenAI, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Stripe APIs etc.) borne by client.

7. Disputes

Governing law: Romanian law. Competent court: tribunal of provider residence (Ploiești, Romania).
